About "Our Class"...

Knowing the importance of family life in our community, Valley Creek Baptist Church seeks to create and maintain a family focused church in which every member of the family will experience dynamic life enrichment. In accordance to the biblical examples found in Acts of families experiencing salvation (Acts 10, Acts 16:15, 16:34), we strive to do the same here in our community. Also, the church seeks to support families through offering enrichment opportunities.

We want to welcome you to "Our Class". You will find us to be married 20 somethings from all walks of life. We believe in studying God's word to strengthen our faith and walk with our Lord, Jesus Christ. We are family and friends and we want to encourage you to give us a try. We know you'll fit right in...

2 Peter 3:18 -but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Our Commitment...

We have new family in Mexico. Kevin and Crystal Elworth are missionaries along with their son, Austin, 2. As a class we are going to help support their mission effort in Mexico by asking each family to provide a $5 a week contribution along with prayer support. I've seen Kevin & Crystal in action. I've been blessed to work along side them in Guadeloupe Mex. in an effort to reach kids. 6 kids came to know Christ that week. GLORY TO GOD!! Won't you please pray for them daily. What are we Studying...

Bring your bible and come study the word with us. You will grow from this experience and be better able to be an instrument for God's work. Glory to His son Christ Jesus, our Lord.

We are studying the basics. We are following the Baptist Faith & Message as a guideline.

What's coming up next...

We will start back our Bi-weekly Friday Night O'Cho. These will be the 1st and 3rd Friday's of each month.
Things to come: Pictionary Party, Wii challenge, Ladies Night out, Guys Night out , Ministry Opp's, O'Cho Night, Drive Inn Movie Night.

Need to remember:

We have brothers and husbands going on tours to Iraq and Afghanistan.

We have needs for work and fears of downsizing - those lead to lay offs.
